ORDER
1. Instant writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the defendant-petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 15.02.2021 passed by the Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge, No.2, Jaipur Metropolitan-II, Jaipur, whereby the application under Order 7 Rule 14 (3) read with Section 151 of C.P.C. filed by the plaintiff-respondent, in Civil Suit No.33/2020 (137/2012), titling as M/s. United Township Corporation Vs. Ajay Bansal, had been allowed, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/-.
2. Facts of the case, in nut-shell, are that the plaintiff-respondent instituted a civil suit for declaration, possession, mandatory and permanent injunction against the defendant-petitioner. The plaintiff-respondent filed an application under Order 7 Rule 14 (3) read with Section 151 of C.P.C. on 23.01.2020 (Annexure-2), which was allowed by the Court below vide its impugned order dated 15.02.2021, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/-. Hence, this petition before this Court.
