JUDGMENT

The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No.226/2021 registered at Police Station Pushkar, District Ajmer for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 419, 420, 120-B of IPC & Sections 66 (C) & 66 (D) of I.T. (Amended) Act, 2000 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused-Sushri Swati Silaswai and Saurabh Sharma have been granted bail by this this Court vide order dated 10.11.2021 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.17489/2021, (2) Ravi Kumar S/o Shri Ramji Choudhary and the case of the petitioners is not distinguishable to that of co-accused. The offences are exclusively triable by the court of First Class Magistrate and investigation is going on, trial would likely to take time to culminate.

Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail applications.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.
