JUDGMENT
1. This contempt petition is filed on behalf of the petitioners alleging that the directions issued by this Court in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7261/2021 vide order dated 25.05.2021 to examine the representation of the petitioners and pass appropriate reasoned order thereupon within a period of four weeks have not been complied with.
2. Reply to the contempt petition is filed on behalf of the respondent - State wherein, it is mentioned that the representation of the petitioners has already been decided by the District Collector, Pali by a reasoned order dated 21.09.2021.
3. Having gone through the order passed by the District Collector, Pali dated 21.09.2021, we are of the opinion that no case of willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 25.05.2021 is made out.
4. Hence, no case of contempt is made out. Accordingly, this contempt petition is dismissed. Contempt notices stand discharged.
