Judgment :
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present petition challenging the transfer order dated 15.01.2025, passed qua a number of employees. It is further submitted that vide impugned transfer order the petitioner is transferred from Bharatpur to Chomu (230 Kms. away). Learned counsel has assailed the said transfer order on the following grounds:-
(i) That the petitioner shall be superannuated in the month of June, 2026.
(ii) That the name of the petitioner is included in the impugned transfer order merely to accommodate the private respondent and is instigated by the M/s RC Power Projects.
(iii) That due to the said transfer order passed, the petitioner is facing undue hardship and difficulty as the wedding of the petitioner's son is on 18.02.2025 and its preparation is at full swing.
2. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has made a limited prayer that the a liberty may be given to file a representation before the competent authority/respondents within a period of three days and the same be decided thereafter.
