JUDGMENT :
Ranjan Sharma, J.
Petitioner, a Hydram Supervisor [Class-III] on regular basis, has come up before this Court, seeking the following prayer:-
“That respondent corporation may be directed to regularize/confer work charge status to the applicant after completion of 10 years of daily wage service with all consequential benefits in view of the judgment rendered in Mool Raj Upadhayay’s case i.e. w.e.f. 1.1.1996 with all consequential benefits.”
