(Prayer: Appeal filed under Clause XV of Letters Patent to set aside the order passed in W.P.No.22600 of 2018, dated 25.02.2019.)

1. Instant writ appeal has been filed, challenging the order made in W.P.No.22600 of 2018, dated 25.02.2019, wherein, the Writ Court, while setting aside the order of suspension, directed reinstatement of the respondent. Learned single Judge has also directed the appellant to post the respondent in any one of the non-sensitive post, till the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings as well as criminal case, registered against the respondent.
