(Prayer: Appeals filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent against the order dated 24.01.2020 made in W.P.No.23670 of 2019 on the file of this Court.)
1. These writ appeals arise out of a common judgment dated 24.01.2020, whereby a learned single Judge has interfered with the selection process of the selections in respect of Motor Vehicles Inspectors Grade-II, the direct recruitment whereof has been held by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, pursuant to an advertisement issued in this regard. The learned single Judge has found that the selection process was vitiated, but in view of the interregnum suggestions given to improve upon the defaults, the process, as suggested in the memo filed by the Transport Commissioner, deserved to be accepted and applied in order to complete the selection process.
