WP (MD) No.1183 of 2022: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records with respect to impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 17.09.2021 confirming the order of the 2nd respondent dated 24.10.2013 in TCHDO:R:TRY-2, terminating the Dealership of the Petitioner and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct the business in their outlet.)
