JUDGMENT
(Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ ofMandamus, directing the respondents to fix the seniority based on the appointment to the post of forest guard either from the direct recruitment or promotion from plot watchers/social forestry workers and forest watchers as per the Tamilnadu Forest Subordinate Service Rules by considering petitioners representation dated 10.4.2014.)
1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners made a submission that the issue in respect of fixation of seniority based on the date of appointment to the post of Forest Guard as per the Tamil Nadu Forest Subordinate Service Rules raised in the present writ petition has already been adjudicated by the Hon'ble Division Bench in Writ Appeal No.811 of 2011 etc., batch and the judgment was delivered on 17.04.2013.
2. The issue raised in this writ petition is directly covered under the Judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench.
3. The Hon'ble Division Bench passed orders and Paragraph No.23 is extracted here under:
