(Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to give the permission and protection for conducting Aaadal Paadal Cultural Program on 10.08.2022 in connection with Goddess Sri Muthumariamman temple in Mathavanoor Village, Devipattinam (Via), Ramanathapuram District based upon petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2022.)
1. This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting Aaadal Paadal Cultural Program on 10.08.2022in connection with Goddess Sri Muthumariamman temple in Mathavanoor Village, Devipattinam (Via), Ramanathapuram District based upon petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2022.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
