The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct cultural Programme (Adal Padal Nigalchi) at Thimirikottai, Kosavanthittu Mariyamman Temple Ground in the event of Madathur Village, Sathurapalayam Arulmigu Sree Vaitheeswaran Temple Festival at Sangakiri Taluk, Salem District on 02.04.2023, at 6.00 P.M. to 11.00 P.M, by considering the petitioner''s representation dated 13.03.2023.
