ORDER :

Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Ref. No. SR:LPG:PALLADAM:INQ dated 9.5.2012 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to allow the dealership to the petitioner.

Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Letter No. CBE:LPG:Palladam (OSP-W) dated 23.1.2013 issued by the 2nd respondent, quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to allot the dealership to the petitioner.
