ORDER :
Prayer: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records in DV No.36 of 2022 on the file of Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Mayiladuthurai, Tiruvarur District and quash the same.
The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for a considerable length of time, has chosen to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition stating that the revision petitioner will face inquiry. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
