Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside fair and final orders dated 12.10.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.P.No.3344 of 2019 on the file of IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
