COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records relating to the FIR registered in Crime No.216 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.
These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to call for the records relating to the FIR registered in Crime No.216 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the second respondent that this matter was referred to Mediation by this Court on 25.08.2022. All the parties have reached an amicable settlement as per the settlement agreement entered into between the parties.
3. This Court, on going through the Mediation report, finds that the Mediation has been completed and settlement agreement is also enclosed. Petitioners filed C.S.No.74 of 2022 before this Court for recovery of a sum of Rs.1,67,24,504/- Subsequently, second respondent gave a complaint and that was registered in Crime No.216 of 2022.
