This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant necessary permission and provide adequate police protection for conducting the Village Cultural Programme (Adal Padal) on 12.04.2023 at about 06.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m as part of annul temple festival of Arulmighu Shri Sandhana Mariamman Temple at Kurangani, Bodinayakkanur Taluk, Theni District by considering the petitioner''s representation dated 03.04.2023.
