JUDGMENT :

(Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., prayed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the file in Crime No.9 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021 pending on the file of the respondents 2 and 3 to the CBCID or any other appropriate agencies for fair and proper investigation.)

1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/senior citizen of quite advanced age against the three respondents who could be categorized as three separate police officials and also against the 4th respondent, who is a private individual.

2. This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to transfer the investigation in FIR in Crime No.9 of 2021, which had been registered on 07.10.2021 pending on the file of the 2nd and 3rd respondents namely, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Crime Branch, Tambaram Commissionerate, Sholinganallur, Chennai – 600 119 and the Inspector of Police (ALGSC) Central Crime Branch, Tambaram Commissionerate, Sholinganallur, Chennai – 600 119 to the CB-CID or any other appropriate agency.
