COMMON ORDER :
Challenging the order of the Execution Court allowing the application under Order 21 Rule 106(3) CPC by condoning the delay of 31 days, the present revision petitions have been filed.
2.The suit in O.S.No.158 of 2007 has been originally filed by the petitioners for declaration; consequential permanent injunction and for other reliefs. The suit was decreed in part on 27.01.2011.
