ORDER :
1. This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“To call for the records relating to the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.9832/B6/2022 dated 10.01.2023 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of B.T. Assistant (Science) in the 4th respondent school, from the date of appointment on 19.12.2018, with all consequential and attendant benefits including the payment of salary from the date of appointment along with interest.”
2. The petitioner was appointed as a B.T. Assistant (Science) in the 4th respondent School by orders of the 4th respondent dated 17.12.2018. Accordingly, the petitioner joined the service in the post of the B.T. Assistant (Science) on 19.12.2018. The 4th respondent school submitted a proposal to the 2nd respondent through the 3rd respondent for approval of her appointment with effect from 19.12.2018. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent passed an impugned order dated 10.01.2023 rejecting the proposal for approval of appointment in the post of B.T. Assistant (Science) stating that the post was surplus post.
