ORDER :
1. This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“To call for the records relating to the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in proceedings O.Mu.No.3167/B1/2023 dated 06.12.2023 and further impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.2223/A1/2023 dated 14.12.2023 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the 4th respondent school, from the date of appointment on 07.03.2019, with all consequential and attendant benefits including the payment of salary from the date of appointment along with interest.”
2. The petitioner was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the 4th respondent School by orders of the 4th respondent dated 05.03.2019. Accordingly, the petitioner joined the service in the post of the Secondary Grade Teacher on 07.03.2019. The 4th respondent school submitted a proposal to the 2nd respondent through the 3rd respondent for approval of her appointment. Thereafter, the 2nd respondent passed an impugned order dated 06.12.2023 rejecting the proposal for approval of appointment in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher stat
