3. It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 35081 of 2022 (Gannon Dunkerly & Co. Ltd., New Delhi V. State of Odisha and Another), which has been dismissed by this Court, vide judgment passed today (06.02.2023).
4. Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment dated 06.02.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 35081 of 2022 (Gannon Dunkerly & Co. Ltd., New Delhi V. State of Odisha and Another), this writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the said judgment.
