ORDER :
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
3. It is agreed by the learned counsel for the parties that the issues involved in these Writ Petitions are covered by the ratio of the judgment passed today in the case of Dr. Dhirendra Nath Sarangi vs. State of Odisha (W.P.(C). No. 26188 of 2025).
