Judgment :

This writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 has been filed by the petitioner praying for a little change in the father’s name of the petitioner in her 12th Pass Marks Statement-cum-Certificate and Migration Certificate by the CBSE, New Delhi.

2. As per the noting of the Registry, notices against O.P. Nos.1 & 4 have not been made sufficient.

Even without service of notices on O.P. Nos.1 & 4, it is felt proper for the final disposal of this writ petition as per the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Opp. Party Nos.2 & 3 on the basis of the letter of approval submitted by the learned counsel for the O.P. Nos.2 & 3 on behalf of the C.B.S.E.

3. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the O.P. Nos.2 & 3 (C.B.S.E).

4. Learned counsel for the CBSE submitted a letter of approval during the course of hearing, wherein it has been reflected that, the request of the petitioner for the above corrections in her educational documents have already been approved by the Competent Authority and for such correction, following conditions are to be fulfilled and such conditions are as follows:-

to surrender and submit the original certificates in HARD COPY with correction fee of Rs.1300/- by the petitioner depositing the same through NEFT/Internet Banking in the bank account indicated therein stating therein that, in case a Revised Migration Certificate/Passing Certificate is required, the Original Migration Certificate/Passing Certificate may also be surrendered along with an additional fee of Rs.250/- by the same.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner perused the said approval letter submitted by the CBSE through its learned counsel and agreed to comply the requirements given in the said letter.

6. On the basis of the submissions of the learned counsels of both the sides, this writ petition is disposed of finally directing the CBSE, New Delhi to correct the required letters in the father’s name of the petitioner in the 12th Pass Marks Statement-cum-Certificate and Migration Certificate on fulfillment of the requirements made in the above letter of approval issued by the CBSE within a period of 15 days from the date of compliance of required conditions of the letter of approval of the CBSE by the petitioner.

7. As such, this writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of finally.
