Present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory/pre-arrest bail under Sections 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in FIR No.76 dated 19.04.2024 registered for offences punishable under Sections 354-D, 506, 34 of IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Moga, District Moga.
