Present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory/pre-arrest bail under Sections 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in FIR No.76 dated 19.04.2024 registered for offences punishable under Sections 354-D, 506, 34 of IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Moga, District Moga.

Anticipatory bail should be granted sparingly in serious offences, balancing individual rights with the need for a fair investigation.
