This application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been filed for condonation of delay of 36 days in filing the present revision petition.

In view of the averments made in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of 36 days in filing the present revision petition is condoned.

CRR(F)-113-2025

1. The present petition has been preferred against order dated 18.09.2024 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtak, in the proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C., whereby interim maintenance of Rs.18,000/- per month was awarded in favour of the respondents.

2. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent No.1 was solemnised on 11.02.2018 according to the Hindu rites and ceremonies at Rohtak and out of the said wedlock one child namely Samarth Bhatia was born on 10.10.2019, who is in the care and custody of respondent No.1. A matrimonial dispute ensued between the couple and the respondents filed a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for seeking maintenance.
