JUDGMENT

Compliance affidavit filed today is taken on record.
2. Heard Shri Anurag Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Jai Prakash Rai for respondent nos.1, 2 and 5, Shri J.N. Maurya for respondent no.3, Shri Sanjay Maurya for respondent no.4 and perused the record.
3. The issue involved in all the connected writ petitions is same and, therefore, these writ petitions are being heard together and decided by a common judgement.
4. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
Point of Law - As per Section 35 of the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, Rules and Statute, the power to deny the affiliation is not with the University and the Executive Committee coul....
Point of Law - Needless to say that once the petitioner successfully completes the said procedure of recruitment, the university will also take up and conclude the further procedure on urgent basis, ....
Admissions under management quota were deemed unconstitutional, but petitioners were upheld due to merit and lack of statutory violations.
