JUDGMENT
Arindam Lodh, J. - It is submitted that the issues involved in these writ petition are yet to be settled by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in special leave petition filed by the respondents-State.
2. In view of this, list the matters on 22.05.2023.
3. Registry is directed to reflect the name of Mr. BN Majumder, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. DJ Saha, learned counsel in the cause list appearing in WP(C) 46 of 2022.
