ORDER :

These Criminal Petitions are filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’) to quash the proceedings in the Calendar Cases specifically mentioned therein. The petitioners are accused in the said Calendar Cases. The offences alleged against the petitioners are under Sections 406, 409 and 420 IPC, Sections 6(A), 7 and 7(A) of the Essential Commodities Act,1955 (for short, ‘the EC Act’) and clause 17(d) (e) of T.S.Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 ( for short, the TSPDS(C) Order, 2016).
