JUDGMENT :
K. SURENDER, J.
1. This criminal appeal is filed by the appellant, aggrieved by the judgment dated 14.10.2009 in C.C. No. 14 of 2003, passed by the Additional Special Learned Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby the appellant was convicted for the offence under Section 13
