ORDER :
1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.1793 of 2019 on the file of the learned Special Judicial First Class (Excise) Magistrate at Karimnagar, registered for the offences under Section 498-A of IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.
