This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“To call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 3rd respondent vide proceeding Mu.Moo.No.548/A3/2023 dated 26.04.2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in the 4th respondent school from the date of appointment on 07.03.2019 with payment of salary and other service benefits.”
2. The petitioner was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the 4th respondent School by orders of the 4th respondent dated 01.03.2019. Accordingly, the petitioner joined the service in the post of the Secondary Grade Teacher on 07.03.2019. The 4th respondent school submitted a proposal on 07.09.2019 to the 3rd respondent for approval of her appointment. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent passed an impugned order dated 26.04.2024 rejecting the claim of the petitioner stating that already there is a surplus post in the 4th respondent school.
3. Challenging the rejection of approval for sanctioned post in the 4th respondent School, the petitioner is before this Court.
