ORDER :

1. The issue raised in these writ petitions is no longer res integra and already stands adjudicated by this Court at Jaipur Bench in the case of Sunil Jangid & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., D.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 988/2026 decided on 21.01.2026 along with other connected matters wherein this Court has held as under:-

“18. These writ petitions filed on behalf of the petitioners deserve to be dismissed for the reasons; firstly the issue raised by the petitioners in these writ petitions has been thoroughly considered and decided by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of Sheela Kumari (supra), wherein specific questions were framed and answered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court which have again been raised by the petitioners in the present writ petitions and therefore, the same require no interference; secondly the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court has been further upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Villagers of Revenue village Singhania and another (supra); thirdly the Hon’ble Supreme Court in t
