JUDGMENT :

1. Learned counsel for the appellants is present and learned counsel for the respondents is also present through virtual hearing.

When the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", learned counsel for the appellants represented that he addressed a letter to the appellants through Registered Post, but the same was returned with an endorsement “insufficient address” and he further represented that the appellants are not in touch with him.

3. The same is recorded.

4. Hence, this Appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

As sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Appeal shall stand closed.
