ORDER:
Sri T. Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he filed a letter dated 30.01.2023 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall also stand closed.
