The Grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that the respondent Nos.3 and 4, at the behest of the respondent No.5, are interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent No.5.
2. Heard Sri Bonu Rama Shankar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government pleader for Home, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The learned Assistant Government pleader for Home submitted the written instructions of the Station House officer, I Town police Station, Vizianagaram, and stated that the respondent No 5 had submitted a grievance application before the District Collector, Vizianagaram, on 05-05-2025 Therefore, the petitioner and the respondent No.5 were called to the respondent No.4-Police station and conducted an enquiry and opined that no further action was required to be taken on the
