ORDER :

1. The writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs:

(a) Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.1 to grant necessary Approval/Recognition to the Petitioner Institutions forthwith to start fresh courses in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) for the academic year 2021-22, by considering the proposals forwarded by the Respondent No.2 – Karnataka State Nursing Council that is pending consideration before the High Power Committee constituted by the Respondent No.1 in terms of Communications bearing Nos.KSNC:896:2021-22 dated 08.06.2021, 09.10.2021, 12.06.2021, 12.10.2021, 10.10.2021, 08.08.2021, 10.08.2021, 15.06.2021, 08.10.2021, 16.07.2021 and 10.09.2021 vide Annexures-B1 to B-50.

(b) Pass such other order/s as this Hon’ble court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of this case.
