ORDER :

1. IA-1/2025 is allowed. Production of Annexure-B is dispensed with.

2. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents No.1 to 4. Sri.M.S.Devaraju, learned counsel is directed to accept notice for respondent-Panchayat Development Officer.

3. The petitioners in WP No.29104/2025 is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned letter vide No.

31/06-07 issued by the 1st Respondent dated 20.04.2021 vide Annexure M insofar as Petitioner's sites are concerned.

b) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned endorsement vide issued by the 4th Respondent dated 11.08.2025 vide Annexure P.

c) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.4 to register the documents pertaining into the petitioner sites bearing No.249 and 250 formed in Sy No.120 of Kadukarenahalli (Kurabarahalli Village).

d) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 5th Respondent to issue E Khatha in respect of the petitioner site bearing No.249 & 250, formed in Sy No.120 of Kadukarenahalli (Kurabarahalli Village).

e) Pass any order or direction as this Hon'ble court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

4. The petitioner in WP.No. 29122/2025 is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned letter vide No.

31/06-07 issued by the 1st Respondent dated 20.04.2021 vide Annexure J insofar as Petitioner's sites are concerned.

b) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned endorsement vide issued by the 5th Respondent dated 28.08.2025 vide Annexure M.

c) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.4 to register the documents pertaining into the petitioner sites bearing No.203 and 204, formed in Sy No.120 of Kadukarenahalli (Kurabarahalli Village).

d) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the 5th Respondent to issue E Khatha in respect of the petitioner site bearing No.203 & 204, formed in Sy No.120 of Kadukarenahalli (Kurabarahalli Village).

e) Pass any order or direction as this Hon'ble court deems fit under the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.

5. The petitioner in WP.No. 29123/2025 is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned letter vide No.

31/06-07 issued by the 1st Respondent dated 20.04.2021 vide Annexure K insofar as Petitioner's sites are concerned.

b) Issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned endorsement vide issued by the 5th Respondent dated 28.08.2025 vide Annexure M.
