JUDGMENT
Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J. - The matter has been heard via video conferencing.
2. The case has been taken up out of turn on the basis of motion slip filed by learned counsel for the petitioner on 29.07.2021, which was allowed.
3. Heard Mr. N K Agrawal, learned senior counsel along with Mr. Uday Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Rajendra Nath Jha, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (hereinafter referred to as the 'APP') for the State and Ms. Mukul Kumari, learned counsel for the informant.
4. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Aurangabad Mahila PS Case No. 15 of 2020 dated 16.07.2020, instituted under Sections 420, 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
5. The allegation against the petitioner is that the informant was earlier married to Munna Singh, who died in the year 2016, leaving behind two children aged 6 and 4 years and then she came in contact through Facebook with the petitioner and both are said to have fallen in love.
