JUDGMENT :

Mr. Jayanta Mitra, learned senior advocate appearing for the appellants in MAT No. 966 of 2023, Mr. Subir Sanyal, learned senior advocate appearing for the appellants in MAT 1547 of 2023, Mr. Ashok Banerjee, learned senior advocate appearing for the appellants in MAT 1368 of 2023 and Mr. Saptansu Basu, learned senior advocate appearing for the appellants in MAT 1109 of 2023, have concluded their arguments.

2. Mr. Dhar, learned senior advocate appearing for the appellants in MAT 873 of 2023 could not complete his arguments due to paucity of time.

3. On the returnable date, Mr. Dhar and the learned advocates appearing for the appellants in the other appeals would be heard.

4. The learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioners shall also be ready to advance his arguments, on the returnable date.
