JUDGMENT :
1. Since an identical issue, common facts of law are involved and common grounds of challenge have been raised in the bunch of these writ petitions they are heard analogously and are being decided by this common order.
2. The petitioners in the bunch of petitions have challenged the recruitment procedure initiated by the State for appointment in various posts in the Police Department. WP(S) No. 4378/2023 in case of Roopesh Kumar and others vs. State of CG has been taken up as lead case.
