1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):-
10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.
2. Facts of the present case are that an advertisement was issued by the Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Mahasamund on 28.01.2013 for various posts including 3 posts of Lab Technician out of which 1 post was reserved for the ST category in the mechanical department; 1 post was reserved for UR category in the electronic department and 1 post was reserved for UR (female) candidate.
