1. Mr. Akhil Krishan Maggu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after canvassing some arguments and after the objections raised by learned Additional Solicitor General to the maintainability of the writ petition in the present form, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition with proper averments and supporting documents.
2. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, granting liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition, with necessary averments, substantiated by relevant documents, in accordance with law, before the appropriate Forum.
3. Pending application is accordingly disposed of.
