Mr. Akhil Krishan Maggu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after canvassing some arguments and after the objections raised by learned Additional Solicitor General to the maintainability of the writ petition in the present form, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition with proper averments and supporting documents.
