JUDGMENT (Oral)
1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:
"(i) Set aside the impugned order dated 13.12.2022 passed in MA No. 3261/2022 in C.P. 284/2018;
(ii) Allow this writ petition by restoring CP to its original place."
2. The petitioner in person submits that the Order dated 01.08.2019 has been wrongly passed by the respondent and he prays that he would like to make a representation to the Department of Personnel and Training (DoP&T), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India which will look into the matter and take the decision thereof.
3. Accordingly, we hereby dispose of the present petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation against the Order dated 01.08.2019 passed by the respondent to the DoP&T, and on receipt of the same, the DoP&T is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within four weeks and the decision so taken, shall be communicated to the petitioner in writing within one week thereafter.
4. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the DoP&T, he may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
