Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions.

Application stands disposed of.

1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

    "In view of the facts and circumstances stated above, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to:

    (a) Issue a writ of Certiorari and quash and set aside Memorandum of RME dated 02.03.2024 order of RME dated 04.03.2024

    (b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to include the Petitioner in the merit list for the post of Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces in terms of Notice dated 22.07.2023 and allow the Petitioner to complete the recruitment process; and

    (c) Issue or pass any writ, direction or order, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. The challenge in this petition is to the conclusion drawn by the Medical Board/Review Medical Board declaring the petitioner unfit on the ground of `Coloured Blindness'.
