By way of this petition filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 2(b) read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, petitioner/wife prays for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent/husband for wilful disobedience and deliberate defiance of the order dated 31.05.2018 passed by this court in FAO No. 260/2018.
