JUDGMENT
Sanjeev Sachdeva, J. (Oral)--The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of a typographical error, number of the property has been mentioned as C-116, whereas the correct number of the property is C-166, Phase-I, Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi. He submits that the documents annexed with the petition clearly show that the concerned property is C-166 and not C-116.
3. The statement is taken on record.

Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent not to take any coercive action against the property of the petitioner bearing number C-166 (sic), Phase-I, Naraina Industrial Area without following the due process of law. Petitioner further seeks a direction to the respondent to accept the regularization application in respect of the said property.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain minor additions-alterations
Property identification must be accurate, and due process must be followed before undertaking demolition actions.
A timely decision on regularization applications is essential to safeguard properties from premature demolition actions.
