The present petition under Article 226 read with 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or direction to set aside and quash the order dated 25.07.2018 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi (the ‘Tribunal’) in OA No.2662/2017.
