Headnote:

The applicants sought impleadment of the Board of Secondary Education, Assam as respondent No.6 in the connected WP(C) No.3694/2021. The court found that the Board of Secondary Education, Assam is a necessary party and allowed the Interlocutory Application. The Board of Secondary Education, Assam was impleaded as party respondent No.6 in the connected WP(C) No.3694/2021.

ORDER :

1. Heard Mr. M.R. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms. P. Das, learned standing counsel, Secondary Education Department, Assam.

2. By filing this application, the applicants have sought for impleadment of Board of Secondary Education, Assam as respondent No.6, in the connected WP(C) No.3694/2021.

3. Having considered the nature of the issue raised in the Writ Petition, I find that the Board of Secondary Education, Assam is a necessary party. Thus, I deem it appropriate to allow the present Interlocutory Application.

4. Accordingly, the Board of Secondary Education, Assam be impleaded as party respondent No.6, in the connected WP(C) No.3694/2021.

5. The I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
