Fixation/revision of rate - Order - Learned Standing Counsel for Travancore Devaswom Board sought time to get instructions as to whether Pushpalankaram is a Vazhipadu item in Sabarimala Devaswom as per Paditharam and whether fixation/revision of rate for said Vazhipadu item was subject matter of any reports filed by learned Ombudsman and orders of this Court - Learned Standing Counsel was also directed to make available for perusal of Court files relating to decisions taken by Board in respect of said Vazhipadu item at Sabarimala Sannidhanam - Whether fixation/revision of rate for said Vazhipadu item was the subject matter of any reports filed by learned Ombudsman and orders of this Court.
Findings of the Court:
When this matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel has pointed out an order of this Court date in DBA No. 14 of 2016 - Learned Standing Counsel seeks some more time to make available for the perusal of this Court relevant orders regarding fixation/revision of rate in respect of Vazhipadu item Pushpalankaram - List this matter for further consideration - Learned Standing Counsel shall make available for perusal of this Court, certified extract of Paditharam of Sabarimala Devaswom.
Result: Order accordingly.
ORDER :
1. On 10.10.2022, when this report came up for consideration, we have passed a detailed order. The learned Standing Counsel for Travancore Devaswom Board sought time to get instructions as to whether Pushpalankaram is a Vazhipadu item in Sabarimala Devaswom as per Paditharam and whether fixation/revision of the rate for the said Vazhipadu item was the subject matter of any reports filed by the learned Ombudsman and the orders of this Court. The learned Standing Counsel was also directed to make available for the perusal of this Court the files relating to the decisions taken by the Board in respect of the said Vazhipadu item at Sabarimala Sannidhanam.
2. Today, when this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel has pointed out an order of this Court dated 05.10.2016 in DBA No. 14 of 2016. The learned Standing Counsel seeks some more time to make available for the perusal of this Court the relevant orders regarding fixation/revision of the rate in respect of the Vazhipadu item Pushpalankaram.
3. List this matter for further consideration on 20.10.2022. The learned Standing Counsel shall make available for the perusal of this Court, certified extract of the Paditharam of Sabarimala Devaswom.
