JUDGMENT
1. The petitioners have approached this Court by way of this writ petition (PIL) with the following prayers:-
"a. The order dated 17.01.2022 (Annexure-4) passed by respondent no. 1 may kindly be quashed and set aside.
b. The respondents may kindly be directed to remove the encroachment from the pasture & paitan land of the village Anwara, Tehsil Bavdi, District Jodhpur.
c. The respondents further directed to seize the structures illegally erected over the pasture & paitan land and the pasture land may be kept open for the villagers and their animals.
d. The respondents may be directed to not to cause any loss to the natural shape of the pasture & paitan land and small village ponds situated in pasture land.
e. The respondents may kindly be directed to comply with directions issued in judgment of Abdul Rahman VS State of Rajasthan."

Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by counsel representing the petitioners and, having gone through the material available on record, we are of the firm view that the petitioners have available to them a suitable remedy for ventilating their grievances by virtue of the Division Bench Judgment of this Court in the case of Jagdish Pr
